Courier and delivery times

Shipments are made via Bartolini Express (BRT) , a trackable service with delivery expected within 48 working hours from the date of shipment.

Orders are generally processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving payment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

€7.99 for orders under €70
Free shipping on orders of €70 or more (net product value)

Order Tracking

Once your shipment has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package's delivery in real time.

We currently only ship to Italy . For international inquiries, please contact us by email.

Delivery problems

If the package appears damaged upon delivery, we ask you not to accept it or to sign with reservations , and to notify us immediately at: info@reauty.it

In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, the package will be returned to storage. Reauty is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
