Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), Reauty recognizes the consumer's right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the products, without having to provide any reason.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication to the email address info@reauty.it indicating:

Name and surname of the order holder
Order number
Date of receipt of goods
Codes of the products you wish to return
Any reason for withdrawal (not mandatory but useful for improving our service)

Within 48 hours of receiving the request, Reauty will provide instructions for returning the item. The products must be returned at the customer's expense within 14 days of the date of notification of withdrawal.

Return conditions

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

The product must be returned intact, unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, any documentation and accessories).
Returns of opened, used, or unsealed products will not be accepted for health and hygiene reasons.
The product must be adequately packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Reauty is not responsible for any damage or loss of products returned improperly packaged.

Refunds

Once the integrity of the returned product has been received and verified, Reauty will proceed with the refund of the amount paid, excluding shipping costs , within 7 (seven) working days using the same payment method chosen by the customer when placing the order.

In the case of free shipping for orders over €70, the refund will be net of the costs incurred by Reauty for the original shipping (€7.99), unless the return concerns all the products in the order.

Return for damaged, incorrect or defective product

If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact info@reauty.it within 3 days of receiving it, attaching a photo of the product and packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by Reauty , which will also arrange for a replacement or full refund.
