Reauty is an online sales platform for Korean skincare cosmetics. The service includes product presentation, purchasing, payment, and customer delivery.

3. Acceptance of the conditions

By placing an order on Reauty.it, the customer fully accepts these general conditions of sale, which also regulate post-sales procedures such as shipments, returns, and refunds.

4. Products

The products for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, images may differ slightly from the actual product. All products are new, original, and unopened.

5. Prices

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are excluded, unless otherwise specified.

6. Orders and Payment

Customers can purchase available products by adding them to their cart and following the checkout process. Accepted payment methods are specified at the time of purchase. The order is considered finalized upon confirmation via email.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped via Bartolini express courier. Estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events.

8. Right of Withdrawal

9. Responsibility

Reauty is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the improper use of purchased products. The products are intended for external cosmetic use.

12. Applicable law and competent court

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
